Total Composite construction comes with an EPDM rubber roof included as standard and a 30-year manufacturer warranty. Choose your cladding colour and configure the size in the Build studio, with delivery free across the UK mainland on a date you pick at checkout.
Correct — there is no annual treating or painting. An occasional wash to keep it looking sharp is all it asks, which is why composite carries a 30-year warranty and includes an EPDM roof as standard.
Timber is the traditional, lower-cost choice and takes a cosmetic treatment every few years; composite costs more up front but is zero-maintenance and carries a longer 30-year warranty. Both are built to last — it comes down to the look and how hands-on you want to be.
Delivery is free across the UK mainland on every building, and you choose your delivery date at checkout. The Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are quoted on request.
